Customer Success Manager
About the Position
Inflo Health is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our radiology follow-up management solution. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients post-sale, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new clients to ensure smooth adoption of our solution
- Proactively monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for increased adoption
- Collaborate with the product team to gather and communicate customer feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Create and maintain customer success metrics and reports
- Organize and lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in healthcare SaaS
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly in radiology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels within client organizations
- Experience with customer success tools and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates
